VAT 66A - Certificate of Status of Business Person

Use form 66A to verify your business status when making 13th Directive claims for VAT incurred in the UK. The certificate should accompany your first claim and is valid for twelve months from its date of issue. Once the certificate has expired you will need to send a new one with your next application.
