- Description
If you are an insolvency practitioner handling the affairs of an insolvent VAT-registered trader, use form VAT 769 to notify HMRC of the insolvency.
Please send completed notifications for Voluntary arrangements only to: Voluntary Arrangement Service, Durrington Bridge House, Barrington Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 4SE.
Send completed notifications for any other insolvency type to: National Insolvency Unit, 5th Floor, Regian House, James Street, Liverpool, L75 1AD
