- Description
If you're an employer, use form SAP1 if you need to inform an employee that they aren't entitled to receive Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP). Use the form to tell the employee why they aren't entitled. If you're an employee and your employer gives you a form SAP1, retain it for your records.
