Description

If you have left or are about to leave the UK, use form P85 to claim tax relief or any tax refund you're owed and to inform HMRC of any UK income you continue to receive. If you are required to complete a Self Assessment tax return do not use form P85 unless you are leaving the UK to work full-time abroad for a UK based employer for at least a complete tax year.
